Account and Data Deletion Request

Priora gives users a direct way to permanently delete their account and associated app data.
1. How to Request Deletion
You can delete your data directly within the Priora app by navigating to:
User Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account
If you cannot access your account, email wynnng689@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject Account Deletion Request. For email requests, all personal data, authentication records and Firestore task data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving your request.
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion from within the Priora app, your account and all associated data (including tasks, history, and weekly logs) are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Priora does not retain deleted account data for a temporary recovery period after the deletion request is completed.
