1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Priora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Priora is a productivity application designed to minimize cognitive overload and help you focus. Free Daily Top 3 allows a maximum of 3 active focus tasks at a time; completing one frees a slot. Lifetime Pro removes this active-focus limit. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password or Google account credentials that you use to access Priora. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Lifetime Pro Purchase and Payments
Priora Pro is an optional US$10.99 one-time Lifetime Pro purchase that removes the active-focus limit. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
- Payment: Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. The checkout displays the applicable local price and taxes before you confirm payment.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and any mandatory consumer rights.
- Future services: Separately priced services may be introduced later. Any such service will have its own clearly disclosed price and terms and will require a separate purchase; it will not create recurring charges for your Lifetime Pro purchase.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app to store illegal, harmful, or abusive content. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its backend Firebase architecture.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Priora is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Wynn Ng Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of its data, or its fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms. However, if you are a consumer accessing the Service from outside Malaysia, nothing in these Terms will deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
