- Google Sign-In: We collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL provided by Google.
- Task Data: We collect the text of the tasks you create, their completion status, timestamps, and routine settings.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data to help us identify bugs and improve the app's performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve Priora:
- To manage your account and authentication.
- To render your daily dashboard and calculate your weekly reset metrics.
- To synchronize your routine tasks across devices.
- To process one-time Lifetime Pro purchases via Google Play Billing.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We utilize trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Google Cloud / Firebase: Used for secure database hosting, user authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- Google Play Services: Used for processing one-time Priora Pro purchases.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You may permanently delete your Priora account and associated data directly within the app by navigating to User Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account. See our Data Deletion Policy for details. Uninstalling the app does not itself request account deletion.
When you request account deletion from within the Priora app, your account and all associated data (including tasks, history, and weekly logs) are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access your account, email wynnng689@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject Account Deletion Request. For email requests, all personal data, authentication records and Firestore task data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving the request.
